The Complete Package

Phase One - The Initial Consultation

  • An important part of our assessment is to view your chosen space, discuss your requirements/ budget, make initial suggestions and assess how much involvement you need from us.
  • We will visit you at your home to discuss your requirements and personal tastes
  • This is also your opportunity to view our portfolio and to ask any questions with regards to our company and the service we offer.
  • We will complete a full survey of the space to be redesigned and may also take photographs at this stage.

Phase Two - The Design Stage

  • We will provide a basic idea for your scheme providing brochures, samples, fabrics and colour charts in order to build up a feel for your design. This may take more than one visit.
  • Once the scheme is established we will source the specific items for availability and best price.
  • At a mutually convenient time we will arrange for the relevant tradesmen, along with one of our designers, to make a site visit in order to develop the proposal works and an estimated cost of each job.
  • We will then provide you with an estimated price and a detailed proposal of work for the entire scheme.
  • We will suggest a possible start date.

£350 per room

Phase Three - The Project Stage

  • We will agree terms and conditions, a proposal of works and the overall cost of the project
  • We require 50% of the overall cost of the project prior to the supply of materials and the start of the work. The remaining 50% will be required upon completion.
  • We shall confirm a start date when work will commence and assign you a personal Project Manager.
  • The Project Manager will be specifically responsible for the overseeing of your project and will be your main point of contact should you have any questions or concerns.
  • Your Project Manager will make regular site visits and will be available during office hours by phone and email.
