you may need in order to make your home look its best. We suggest that staging your
home will maximise the valuation of your property and give you some fantastic photographs
for your advertising portfolio.
The Process
Verbal Consultation - from £150
During the verbal consultation we would fully assess your property from the moment
we pull up to the garden gate. At Open House Designs we will give you an honest
and objective appraisal of the positives and negatives of your home. This allows
you to see a property through the eyes of a prospective purchaser and enables you
to enhance the main selling features of your home.
Action Report - £350
All the benefits of a verbal consultation but with written an action report detailing
our recommendations including de-cluttering, furnishings, layout, colours, accessories
etc
The Complete Project Management Package - Priced Individually
Once an action report has been completed we can offer a full project management
service where we can implement the recommendations on the action report. This will
include sourcing materials and accessories and adding the finishing touches that
will give your home the all important wow factor.
