Totally modernise and refurbish the kitchen

Create a modern open plan space by removing the wall between the kitchen and the dining room
Solution
The wall dividing the two rooms was not supporting in this particular instance so its removal was not a major undertaking. Once it had been removed, we made good the floor and fully replastered the ceiling so that it was not possible to see where the wall had been. The next phase for the work was the installation of an engineered Oak floor followed by the hand painted kitchen.
The result was a very spacious dining kitchen complete with island and granite work top.
